Brad Hellwig Joins Brightline as
Southern Sales Manager

BRIDGEVILLE, PA--Brightline is extremely pleased to announce that Mr. Brad Hellwig has joined the company as Southern Sales Manager. Brad will doubtless be familiar to many of our partners and customers, since he comes to Brightline after several years as a technical sales specialist covering the Southeast region for Strand Lighting, Inc, where his duties included calling on specifiers, managing dealer relationships, providing design support, and overseeing project management for a wide variety of installations. Brad’s impressive combination of technical acumen and design creativity began with a BA in Theatre and English from Truman State University and an MFA in Theatre (Scenic and Lighting Design) from Illinois State, and developed through several positions of increasing responsibility with the Illinois Shakespeare Festival, where he eventually was named Scenic Designer. Concurrently, Brad served as the Faculty Technical Director for the Department of Theatre at The University of Georgia, overseeing staff and budget as well as the department’s scenic, lighting, and prop shops while also teaching classes in theatrical design and technology.

From his base near Atlanta, Brad will cover the Southern territory for Brightline--ranging from the Atlantic coast across the South through Texas, and north to Kansas, Missouri, Tennessee, and North Carolina.
